About This Course
This course is designed to guide you through the process(s) involved in writing a letter of complaint and how it can be resolved through an adjustment letter.
You will be enlightened on the types of letters, report writing, scenarios of writing reports, and how to create a report from start to finish.
This course will take you through the importance and purpose of meetings to a business. This course explores what is involved in meetings, how to write a collection letter and the best way to express your anger on a collection letter. You will also understand how to write a letter of complaint and of course an adjustment letter.
