You’ll realize that you can adequately provide early child care and mother care confidently and you would discover the secrets of this African way of pre-natal and post-natal care.

Dr. Megor walks you through her personal story as well as that of other mothers and grandmothers ‘OMUGWO’ experience; sharing the highs, lows and sometimes hilarious events that take place.
Each short, punchy lesson helps you identify ways to plan and carry out your ‘OMUGWO’ experience by examining medical facts, old wives' tales, popular myths, cultural African practices, frequently asked questions and concerns about pregnancy.

I am a medical doctor who has been actively involved in health care, community service and development for over a decade, with a special focus on Early Childhood Development(ECD).
